DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

FullMoney respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to submit copyright infringement notices and how we handle takedown requests.

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on this website, send a DMCA-compliant notice that includes:

• Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• URL(s) of the infringing content on FullMoney
• Your contact details: address, phone number, email
• A statement of good-faith belief that the usage is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your signature
• Identification of content removed and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to jurisdiction of your local courts
• Agreement to accept service of process from the complainant

We may restore the content unless the complainant files a legal action within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

FullMoney may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or abuse DMCA procedures.

5. Good Faith Requirement

Submitting a false DMCA claim is illegal and may result in civil or criminal penalties. All notices must be submitted in good faith.

6. Content Ownership Clarification

FullMoney publishes original articles, custom graphics, AI-generated assets, and licensed materials. We remove any infringing content promptly after verification.
